** Thème de cette première édition : Etre axé, désaxé, jouer avec son axe… ses axes.
Benoît Lesage est docteur en sciences humaines, médecin, praticien en thérapie manuelle, danse-thérapeute et formé aux approches somatiques. Il a publié aux éditions Eres « La danse dans le processus thérapeutique » (2006) & « Jalons pour une pratique psychocorporelle /Structure, Etayage, Mouvement et Relation » (2012).Matthieu Gaudeau comédien, danseur praticien de la technique Alexander (certifié ATI), praticien et enseignant de contact improvisation proposera l’atelier d’exploration faisant suite à la conférence.
**Compte rendu de l’atelier qui a suivi la conférence et quelques intentions – notes de travail de Matthieu Gaudeau
proposition sur l’axialité et nourrie par
- le travail sur une pcm (prise de conscience par le mouvement, méthode M.Feldenkrais) pendant le bodylab du 17-20 avril avec Samuel Lettelier sur la bouche et la langue
- une autre pcm faite avec A.Galibourg sur le plan sagittal
- en continuité du travail mené depuis « quelque temps » : l’axe ( ligne centrale, centre ) en relation avec la fonction l’haptique ( pied, main, oeil ), perspective de H.Godard.

1- Allongé sur le dos
ouverture de la face ventrale
dépôt de la face dorsale et ouverture de l’attention au support, plancher, et au-delà
ouverture attention à l’espace du devant
puis
laisser l’espace du devant nous toucher et entrer en nous de qq centimètres
puis laisser le sol, le support entrer en nous de qq centimètres
définir un ligne de rencontre et d’échange sur le plan frontal
2- avec un bercer bas/haut ( talon pivot sur le sol ) articulation cheville
envoyer impulsion à travers la structure. ( rappeler quant même que l’impulsion est donné depuis les talon vers la tête et que c’est le relâcher qui occasionne le sens du retour de la tête vers les pieds, sens de l’organisation verticale)
imaginaire une sorte d’aquarium avec un peu d’eau ; un plan d’eau qui serait bougé de bas en en haut, réuni par ce mouvement.
➔ chiasme haut/bas
cf. Bullinger : l’enfant est au départ en symétrie et pour qu’apparaisse la droite et la gauche, il faut une séparation haut/bas. Cette séparation haut/bas est ce qui permet la flexion. La différence entre la droite et la gauche peut s’expliquer en effet par le fait que sur l’un des côtés j’ai gardé de la flexion ou de l’extension ( symétrie ). Cela commence par l’oralité car c’est la bouche qui crée la séparation haut/bas. Il « faut sortir » de cet attachement entre le bassin et la cage thoracique.
3 – puis avec les mains jointes, paumes vers le haut au niveau du nombril, remonter le long de la colonne par un bercer droite/gauche.
de nouveau utiliser cette image de l’eau et l’étendre à un « au-delà du corps ».
4- réunir ces deux mouvements.
5- retour au calme laisser uniquement la tête roulée sur son appui occipital, réduire le mouvement en ne laissant que le mouvement droite/gauche du regard, puis laisser le regard pour ne laisser que l’attention balayer les hémicorps droit et gauche.
retour au calme.
6- travail sur la mâchoire et la langue
ouvrir/fermer
observer mouvement répercussion sur la nuque, cou, gorge, ventre
puis état de la langue
puis venir poser langue sur lèvre supérieur au centre
revenir x4
puis commissure droite
revenir x4
puis commissure gauche
revenir x4
caresser lèvre supérieur avec la langue à droite puis gauche, observer regard, nuque, oesophage, ventre, bassin
même procédure lèvre inférieur
se relever et marcher
marche activité de reliance
observation : dans ma marche comment les trajectoires des autres interagissent avec ces grandes orientations ?
7- travail en trio
une personne allongée
puis deux personne de chaque côté en contact toucher « périphérique »
L’écoute périphérique va créer de la vastité chez l’autre, tandis que l’écoute focale va faire diminuer la vastité de l’autre. La rencontre est ainsi un jeu des vastités.

Ouvrir attention à l’espace à gauche puis droit en « incorporant » la présence de l’autre mais sans forcément que celle-ci n’emplisse tout l’espace.
puis le regard
puis la langue
puis l’intention de toucher pour se laisser toucher.
pour les deux autres observer les modification de tonus et d’appui au niveau de cage thoracique sur le sol ( ses déformations ).
On n’est moins sur l’acte que sur le territoire, la vastité : effet pneumatique. Le lieu où s’inscrivent le plus les tensions gauche/droite est la cage thoracique, donc le pneumatique. Il faut faire une différence entre:
l’amplitude : corps articulaire
la vastité : espacement dans le corps: devenir paysage du corps.
ensuite même toucher mais diagonale main/pied
chiasme haut/bas droite/gauche
puis la personne se met en mouvement soutenue par cette écoute.
La question du trio devient comment soutenir et déployer cette vastitude.
