Matthieu Gaudeau (danseur et praticien de la Technique Alexander) et Céline Robineau (danseuse et praticienne de l’approche Life Art Process®) guideront ces 3 jours.
Le Life Art Process® propose une dynamique entre différents moyens d’expression artistique. Chacun de ces médiums privilégie un geste particulier (vocal, pictural, dansé,…). C’est dans ces entrelacs, rencontres et mise en dialogue que peut s’ouvrir la possibilité d’enrichir la qualité, la densité, la variété du geste et son expressivité.
Nous poursuivons le chemin initié en avril qui portait sur l’altérité pour questionner cette fois le rapport à l’attention et aux différents états de présence et d’écoute.
Si le passage par une attention flottante favorise le déploiement de l’imaginaire, la disponibilité ( et en contact improvisation, le flow ) il peut être intéressant d’observer quel type d’attention est requis pour laisser surgir, s’autoriser l’imprévu, favoriser la créativité et questionner l’esthétique. Échapper aux habitudes et accueillir maladresse, déséquilibre, grotesque, conflit…
